We are happy to offer our clients and potential clients a tasting preview of their custom menu, provided a few guidelines are mutually agreed upon. Please read over our Tasting Policy carefully before scheduling your tasting. We are a catering company exclusively, and do not operate a restaurant. When we schedule a tasting, we employ our chef and other staff to prepare this meal especially for you.
1. Prior to booking an event, tastings are available for $25-$50 per person. The price depends on how extensive the menu selections are. If there are specific menu items that you would like to try, please make that request at the time of scheduling, and we will do our best to accommodate. We prepare enough food for a meal, so please come hungry!
2. If you book your event with us, the cost of the tasting, for up to two people, will be deducted from the final bill.
3. We require a credit card to schedule the tasting. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tasting will result in the full price being charged to your card.
4. Tastings take place at our commercial kitchen (5200 E Cortland Blvd, #C-7), NOT our downtown office. Please note our separate locations and be sure to arrive at the kitchen for your tasting. Google and other search engines will likely only show our office location.
We ask that you make your appointment at least one week in advance.
Tasting appointments can be made for any day of the week at either 12pm or 5pm.
